Biography
Libby grew up in Memphis, Tennessee. She attended the University of Memphis, and graduated with her RN in 1974. She worked as an surgical nurse, pediatrics nurse, and several years in psychiatric nursing before returning to her favorite field, Obstetrics. After marrying and moving to Atlanta, then having 3 children, she attended Emory University where she received her BSN, MSN in midwifery. She practiced for over 12 years in Atlanta and served as adjunct faculty for the Emory School of Nursing and the Frontier Midwifery Program. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the fine staff of Emerald Coast OB-GYN, and very happy to be a new resident of Panama City.
