We are not set up for online bill-pay at this point. We do accept checks and major credit cards.
Yes. Our doctors usually rotate one day per week at the beach office. The schedule is variable. If you would like to see your preferred provider, please go to the Patient Portal or Contact Us tab and request an appointment.
Yes. Our primary location is in Panama City. However, we also have an office just west of Hwy 79 on Back Beach Road. Also, as of May, 2009, we have been seeing patients in the Gulf County Health Dept. facility. We rotate our doctors there every 2 weeks. We are there every other Wednesday.
Yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body while you are pregnant. If you have never done yoga, it is recommended that you take a pregnancy yoga class to get you started. Yoga For You located at 2629 23rd Street, has prenatal yoga classes at 5:15 PM on mondays.
If you prefer to use a yoga video, we recommend the Gaiam Prenatal DVD, which can be ordered through Amazon. It is usually available at Target as well.
If you don't want to spend any money, here are a couple of links on youtube with great prenatal yoga sequences.
No. Emerald Coast OB/GYN chooses to exclusively use Gulf Coast Medical Center for childbirth care. Gulf Coast Hospital is the only hospital in the area that has a neonatal intensive care unit. The physicians also have privileges at Panama City Surgery Center for outpatient procedures.
